Adityawarman Museum

Located at Diponegoro street, + 1 Km away from city hall. The Museum is housed in a huge traditional Minangkabau style house called Rumah Gadang, where the walls are fully carved and with horn shaped roofs. Some collections like craft art, sculptures, traditional architectures, wedding customs and historical heritages are found here. Greenly park in front of the museum is complete with the imitation of very local transports called Bendi and Pedati and old propelled aircraft as well. The Museum is opened from 08.00 – 16.00 axcept on Monday, entrance fee Rp 1.500,- /pax. Access to the object by microlet routes Pasar Raya – Tabing, with a fare of Rp 1.200,-
